Court case against Chris Brown has been dropped

The gentle man who said he was punched by the pop-star Chris Brown during an early morning basketball game in Las Vegas has declined to pursue charges, and therefore called the cops on Tuesday and told them he wanted to drop the case. But funny enough, he did not explain why. Could he have been bribed?
