Can you actually remember that politician, Dr Chukwuemeka Ujam, the former Commissioner for Land in Enugu State, i mean the man that contested for the Nkanu East/West House of Reps seat and was allegedly caught with 4000 PVCs in Enugu and was paraded by the military?
Funny enough, i heard this morning that INEC has given him his certificate of return.
